People.. people.. people.. times change. Businesses change. It's the fact of life and of business. JaGex is a business. From a business standpoint, they are doing well. I have been on RS since dial-up was king. Yes, back then, they did promise alot of things, back then, they weren't really a business.. just some gentlemen trying to make a game and keep it running. When the game became profitable, it became a business. Look at minecraft, it's turning more and more into a business. You have the tshirts, hats, etc.
Fact is, if you like what JaGex does, then you'll stay, next you'll hate what JaGex does, you'll stay.. few leave and never come back. Fact is you'll all come back. You've poured too much time into the game to walk away, too many years, tears and cash.
You all think JaGex is going to run Runescape into the ground, but that's just a couple hundred or so people who can't accept reality of a business. The rest of us who do live in a real world will still play the game and dump money into it because personally, I wasn't one of the luckies who got a phat and now live off of that 2,147,483,647+ gp... I'll gladly pay money to JaGex to get something, all other popular games do it, why not JaGex?
But each update you all will either hate it or like it. But a troll is never satisfied and always tries to justify their actions by either putting blame on someone else's actions for how they behave and by constantly fuelling negativity.
If you hate JaGex so much like you all say you truly do. Quit. Never come back. Never look back, go play another game and watch your world burn around you while I play in the ashes.
