Instead of hiring more and more marketing consultants (hobos off the street), perhaps jagex should hire somebody who knows a lot about sociology and psychology, put them to work getting feedback from the community/analyzing what is good for them. Maybe then you would know what updates people like?
Or you could unplug your ears. (in this case, eyes).

I have gone two full weeks and not seen a summer item until this weekend and that is because the chances to obtain the items were increased. If these items are only available through Sept then I have no chance of obtaining them I haven't even seen one in 14 days! How do you expect us to get them if they never appear on the wheel?
42 spins and haven't even set eyes on of these "summer" items. I'm starting to think they don't exist.

I don't care about squeel wheel, a dumb Genie, or the broken EoC.
So let's put this in the nicest way possible... JAGEX, your players are unhappy, there is literally no response to anything that we ask, your summer updates have been absolute crap, and to top it off it's like you don't even here us. look when you put ****** updates like this the only ones responding positive are new players and the other 80% of the community don't like this so, my question is why? why are you choosing to ignore players?

another irrelevant game update which has absolut** nothing to do with the actual game itself! if only jagex would read what the players (THIER PAYING CUSTOMERS) have to say about what they like, then maybe they could put in stuff people might actually buy.
"increased chances this weekend only!" how many times have we seen this on other sites but i would've never expected this from a membership based game; i mean we already pay to play, and with increasing membership prices, why charge for cosmetics in the game that we already pay to play?!
