So lets, summarise the amount of answers:

Page 5, post 2: Mod Timo answers 1 question.
Page 8, post 7: Mod Timo answers 3 questions.
Page 13, post 1: Mod Daezhun answers 2 questions (1 of them about the EOC).
Page 14, post 3: Mod Daezhun answers 1 question (about the EOC again) and gives support to a suggestion (albeit to the wrong person).
Page 14, Post 8: Mod Daezhun answers 0 questions (telling a customer off for their language)
Page 16, post 2: Mod Daezhun apologises for wrongly attributing the suggestion (no questions answered)
Page 17, post 10: Mod Daezhun answers 2 questions (1 off topic)
Page 20, post 5: Mod Daezhun answers 1 question

So 24 pages of feedback and questions and Jagex answer 7 of them (excluding the off-topic ones). They avoided all the difficult ones and gave "warm fuzzy" answers about how it was the best for the game development (though not confirming that the game in question was Runescape and not Transformers Univers).
Jagex customer feedback at it's finest.

KNOCK IT OFF, ALREADY!
It's not that I'm against the SoF or Solomon's store, but Jagex seems to be updating it or adding things to it every three or four days. It's annoying. We keep getting these advertisements popping up when we log in telling us to keep our membership to benefit from whatever special you happen to be running at the time. This should not be necessary. If you develop content that we enjoy, then we will keep our membership.
You have claimed that the money from these microtransactions goes straight into development. Put bluntly, I will believe it when I see it. Show me some content, and then I'll believe you.

Are they serious? The Enchanted Water Tiara is annoying to get and now you can get an even better thing just by spinning that wheel?

Your members - PAYING CUSTOMERS - keep screaming for actual GAME CONTENT and for you to finally get your thumbs our of your behinds and do something about the godsdamned bot infestation. Instead you keep wasting time and resources on this crap just because you are looking for a quick buck.
Now you are updating your microtransaction schemes TWO TIMES A WEEK and we still get no real updates? This is beyond ridiculous! Once you go NXT, you never go back.

I think these items are pretty cool, they are a good idea :) The only thing that lets these down is that people could potentially buy them - perhaps work them in a different way? Like "stay a member and get one of these items" etc. It doesn't really bother me if people buy these, personally (I don't really care if people reach 99 cooking before I do to be honest) and if they want to spend their money, let them. But all in all, some cool items, I just think they could have been implemented differently. :)

In all seriousness. I have been with this game since 2003 way back when there was a max combat of 126, no skill went over 99, we didn't have capes, we never had beggers, scammers, gamblers, spammers and gold sites running rampant where not even the player mods take action anymore to do anything about any of it.
WHY ON GILENOR IS NO ONE DOING ANYTHING TO FIX THE GAME?
Every single time I see a new post it somehow only relates to selling more gambling per spins or selling more perks on cosmetic teleports and outfits. This is not the game I signed on for, and this is no longer "RuneScape". It's become IMVU or YoVille if anything. If I wanted to play Habbo - I would sign up for Habbo!
