Members now have the option to toggle the in-game navigation bar on or off in resizeable and full-screen modes, using the Graphics Options screen.

I love the option to toggle the navigation bar. To bad I can't do it on F2P but I understand.
Making another (even minimal) monthly payment or "item" in Salomon's General Store as payment for ability to toggle navigation bat would cause uproar. "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape."

I sit here and stare at the hopeless whining children taking Runescape as their reality. You guys possess such a simplistic brain and does not know how the world works at all. A few years ago, the game you paid 8 dollars to become membership for was a small tiny game not yet refined or reworked with limited contents. Now, after a few years the game expanded entirely with thousands of hours put into remaking Runescape as a better game yet they are still only charging you 8 dollars a month. If Jagex were to increase the price of membership, how many of you whining kids will not yap and complain? Probably none. So in order to make the money needed to support the game and the people, they find extra ways to make money that is not affecting you in anyway. Simple, you don't like it then don't buy it. You're still getting 99% of the content you are paying for with that 8 dollars which is extremely under priced. Just because of a few cosmetic being able to be purchased with real money, you selfish children become all upset and starts whining. Take my advice, open your door, go outside and take a walk.
