I choose to buy, but low $.
They change to profits meaning the people who were here for the cheap game will start seeing it differently.
Old customers gone and new ones in. Jagex changed the target.
Old: Cheap game where every player has access to everything equally.
New: Cheap game where only a selected few with more $ get access to more.
RS is changing, we can only deal with it and hope another change will occur.

Only problem with this is that they could update older weapons that look like ****, but to get something that does not look like **** we need to pay xtra. That is plain disrespectfull, showing us that they can do so much more yet leave most of current game content looking like ****.

i pay $5 a month.

and unless i go buy runecoins for even more money. this update has absolutely nothing for me? an update to the game with zero available content for a paying member.

I honestly dont really care for this Sof or Solomons general store. I am sick of this you guys are going against your morals like at yourself jagex you guys said "no real world trading will be allowed in the game" really? It seems to me you have lied to us. I currently have membership but im starting to regret it and about membership it used to be 5.95 but now its 7.95 THAT IS ALOT FOR ONE MONTH and if you do the math someone would pay like what 100 dollars for a year that is just unfair to us and you guys said you would give us better content. DO YOU SEE ALL THIS RAGE HAPPENING HERE???? DO YOU?? You are just giving us content we DON'T want. Give us content that WE want or add ideas that WE are constantly giving to you JAGEX. Does the COMMUNITY mean nothing to you? Honestly this game is becoming a pay more to enjoy more. Im sorry jagex but you have corrupted this game this game used to be like the best game until you guys corrupted it.

I pay like 6 bucks a month for runescape.
As far as items go with looking like that, have you forgotten that they are going to change the game layout completely? Maybe the Soloman items are just a little beginning of what items will eventually look like. They already updated the armor and weapons once they could do it again if they get enough positive feedback from current weapons.
RWT was mostly against other players doing it, such as selling gold on websites and accounts. But a company can always change their mind and they will. But I guarantee you that No company with 200m+ people behind it will do something to make majority hate them.
We all see the dislikes in the forums but for those of us who like the udpates, we aren't about to complain or congratulate either. We just mosey around like usual.
Again no one has to pay for anything. Besides even with SoF, if you lose a lucky item, it's gone for good. Also lucky items aren't tradable and I myself have never won 200m. But it's helpful and if I do decide to pay money for more stuff, that's my choice and my doing. I can't buy a level 99 construction lamp. If anyone were to get from level 1 - 99 anything from lamps alone, it would honestly take 1000's of dollars if not 10's of thousands.
