I have never seen any update released by Jagex without any bugs. Every new content they release, seems not tested at all, they just try as soon as possible release something new to attract people to buy memberships(as most of the content is for members, not free to play players).
In my opinion Jagex shouldn't ban those players, why they won't roll back as done with others? Some of the banned players spent over one year of their life just playing RuneScape. Now they are banned, wiped out, can't be revived in any mean due to Jagex fault, releasing content full of bugs. This isn't fair at all. Does it?
Also most of Jagex updates, work should be intended to bot nuke. There are too many bots everywhere within RuneScape, almost impossible to level up few skills, or get specific resources, like getting coal in mining guild or yew logs all over Gielinor. Bots also affect RuneScape's economy, which isn't good sign at all, most resources prices drop significantly.
I am disappointed of your new combat system. It will ruin RuneScape, and he will never become who he was supposed to be. Now you just borrowed some ideas from other famous MMORPG games, like World Of The Warcraft. Those action bars, fast dropping and new abilities isn't for this game. I believe after this update most of players, who were playing RuneScape since 2006 or earlier, will leave this ruined game. Due to there isn't any reason to play this game. Players would better play game which basic is combat, rather than hybrid RuneScape. RuneScape used to be skill based game not combat, and now it isn't recognizable at all.
Squeal of Fortune update offers new ability to buy experience for real money. It will ruin game too, now get experience is too easy. Each second with each new content released RuneScape become just easier and easier. Runespan update was my biggest disappointment. All Runecrafter's, who used to level up in hard way, are forgotten now.
