So many people raging over the rares thing. They probably just threw them onto GE. It's not really manipulation if they didn't add new items to the game. They simply moved them from the characters bank to ge market. They didn't add to the value or diminish it. It's not really market manipulation. Even if it was, get over it.

The bot problem is seriously disgusting. It really lets the game down. You would have to be blind not to see it and like others on here I go through the motions of reporting bots knowing full well it actually means nothing. In that respect, I do not feel like a satisfied customer and doubt I will bother to pump more cash into this game in future. Trying to complete a slayer task in a bot infested cavern is horrible. That I am supposed to care about a few people breaking the rules by exploiting a bug is ludicrous. I actually couldn't care less. This posturing by Jagex is like complaining about dust on the mantlepiece while the floorboards are rotten and termite infested underneath.
We need real solutions otherwise all the in game/rwt gimmicks in the world will not preserve your player base.

Mr. Clough, what you have done mostly is cause hair pulling. How come this was so dangedly important to Jagex but Botting and Bots seem not to be? If I go to play somewhere and all the spots are occupied by bots it destroys MY game. I pay for an account to play, bots destroy my potential to make legitimate cash, accomplish tasking for slayer masters, etc.
Why do you not ever ban botting accounts? If this game is so dangedly important to you then stop the double standard many of us see in this effort.
I am glad you took action, honestly, but the other side of this is frustrating.
Oh, BTW, it would be nice if you would hunker over a computer keyboard ever so often and let the community know anything about Jagex getting on a high horse and getting rid of botters. Possible?

That's right Jagex don't care of bots. They only went as far as to go through irl jury with gold seller. And they are only working on a new bot nuke.
People should understand that Jagex is not just one team. There are team for such and such like Bots and Bug abuser (or whatever the name) etc..
Don't mix up things, least judge things.
