For the Moderators, I am wondering how you can roll these accounts back a few days to their previous level status and items and you couldn't reset my account no matter how many times I asked after being hacked? I mean isn't it the same thing if I worked very hard to gain around 100m from hunting kingly imps and woodcutting back in the day, and someone steals it all? I was very upset when this happened and quit for a while hoping that my requests for a reset would at least be answered. I am playing once again and hoping to regain my gold in some form and the tokens I lost for dungeoneering. I just would really like to know why I could not get my items back when you can tell that I was being hacked because my account had its ******** changed, logged in from a different IP, all in the matter of a minute or so. I am very thankful to have retrieved my account that very same day and I renown you guys for that, but I was very discouraged in playing again and working for all of that back. I just want to know how come I couldn't get a roll-back and if I can get one in the future if this ever happens again (hopefully not).

I don't understand why people are complaining about SOF and SS, if you are a free-loadin' chav that doesn't help the game servers pay for their upkeeps, then shame on you guys. The more help that jagex recieves, the longer they will keep up with great updates!

Ok so you want to end real world trading and get rid of bots it seems such a simple solution Jagex.
Sell gold direct to the public at around 4M=$ (will increase your revenue stream, and represents the micropayment model you are missing with SOF/Solomans(you went a bit macro with those)), this money will replace the revenue stream you lose from clusterfluttering the bots. And will of course reinforce the pure cynicism us users hold for you for implementing SOF(gambling for minors) and the Soloman's store's.
Gold sellers need to pay their membership fees this makes them pretty unprofitable. Bots need a profit to survive it would be too easy to take this away and replace your lose revenue by simply selling gold in the store at REASONABLE rates.

@Demon Franky I hope that post is sarcasm, YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE should cover server upkeep SoF and SS are extra money making incentives used by Jagex and if anything the current updates are cheaper than the weekly quest updates that they replaced, it could take a day to make a cosmetic item and get it ready for the game where as a quest can take a lot longer as it requires thorough content testing so please stop sucking up in an attempt to become a mod if you have actually on just started playing then I feel sorry for you missing out on "the glory days"
