To sum it all up,
I think everything, mostly rares, will now all return to former prices and possibly hit a lower floor price as people rightfully (For once) panic sell.
It's rumored to believe the main dupe culprit was between the Blue Phats and Crackers - Being they're worth the most.
Upon Jagex's promised release back into the market, they'd need to sell them on the G.E. for max price, obviously bringing the price down with the lower tiered hats' wall tumbling after.
Or,
Jagex finds a way to technically allow them to their "At home" accounts to manually sell them for current market price - Yet still showing an influx of hat sales and cracker sales if not separated on just enough spaced-apart dates.
It's confusing, ultimately.
But as said before,
There's more reason to panic sell than little to no reason to panic buy.
So, we'll see.

Since it’s possible that these accounts found the bug by mistake, and were not abusing it, we have decided to offer the benefit of the doubt and not ban them.
Thanks to a new way of analysing data we can be very sure who was, or was not, abusing the bug. We are 100% sure that the actions we have taken are therefore accurate and we will be using this new data system to help us deal with other issues in the very near future.
Now which is it? Your offering them the benefit of the doubt bcos your analysing data doesn't work, or your analysing data is now working after the fact, therefore you are unable to ban them???

This is strictly against our rules, and always leads to related accounts being banned, wiped clean and left with no chance of ever being accessed again – no exceptions. People who abuse bugs will simply not be tolerated and are not welcome to play RuneScape, regardless of how long they have played or paid for.

I wish it would be the same for botters/goldfarmers too.

well.tbh if they did or if they didn't,what i'm trying to get across is either their new detection system works,or it doesn't,to offer someone the benefit of the doubt means they don't know themselves, try to keep up ))

Hopefully Daniel Clough will consider posting all of the account names that are banned for macro use & RWT'ing along with the names of all associated accounts banned too.
Since mass banning has been one of the highlights at the previous two years at Runefest why not add to the excitement by posting those banned account names that Jagex will hopefully be mass banning this year at Runefest on the homepage too.
20 account names for abusing a glitch is a start. Publically posting of 10,000 + account names of botters & rwt'ers banned will make gaming history & probably will set some sort of record.
WHERE IS MY INGAME RSOF TITLE?!
