Do not blame the players, the culprit is, JADEX own, having an obsolete system full of flaws. Maxed - 01 Jun 2016 at 00:32AM - Completionist Cape - 01 Aug 2016-20:54PM

Awesome job Jagex. That's what those guys get for being money greedy. They already had max cash and they wanted more and got banned, lolololol. :D
Now, you just need to work on the gold farmers. After that, the economy can start to turn around lol.

It's nice to know that you are still taking an active stance against bug abusers in game. Alot of people's faith had faltered, but I am sure now their beliefs will be reinforced.
I like this tactic: Name and Shame. Very useful, very effective.
Cheers to job well done!

Well I recognise quite a few of those!
Whatever these players have done in the past to support the community does not excuse them from what they've done now though, those who still managed to find reason to complain about this.
Shopkeeper I always knew was an idiot seeing as he attempted to lure me with a pretty terrible story.
RS Completed was an old clanmate, what a turn out!
TzTok-Roy visited Mod Jane's FC only a couple of weeks ago, can't remember having a conversation of great interest but I remember him.
Zeke and 2QO I've definitely seen about in-game and WASTEDMONKEY was...some guy. Maybe a Soul Wars troll, that's my immediate thought.
Anyhoo, glad to know action's been taken! Justice served on a plate right there, great work :)

Right Decision, I knew some of those players previously and hated them a lot, glad those corrupted cheaters got banned. Thank you. It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation. ~Herman Melville

How can anyone possibly disagree with this? there are people like me who have played for 10 years and have earned over 20b fairly. we've all obviously over that time encountered a few useful bugs, and we have never decided to abuse them. all the people listed deserved exactly what they got. having been experienced players, they all knew of the past examples of bug abusers getting completely destroyed (d bolts anyone, lol?) and decided to do it anyways. what, did they expect they'd get away with it and crap on all the players who decided to play the game fairly? i know runescape is a way of life for most people, so if it is don't be a ****** and knowingly risk it. if you do, you gotta be happy for the repurcusions.
i think the only reason jagex wanted to keep rares in the game because there was such a huge quantity of them that these people dumped their money in. since rares are the money dump for maxed piles, it's the foundation of the rs economy. banning these rares with the players would wreak havoc on rs. so, jagex didn't want that to happen. only reason they put them on the ge or whatever they did.
otherwise, i don't think jagex minds the gradual decrease of rares in the game that is pretty natural. they just didn't want to ***** the economy over
