For myself, I think it's complicated to have an opinion about this. On the one way: Good Job! Bug abuse is against the Runescape rules, accepted by anyone who has ever made an account. To destroy these rule-breaking accounts, you make them be an example for others who tries to break a rule.
On the other way, there are, I repeat many others before, lots and lots of botters who destroys the game for the real players by making money and trade it for real-world-money. I think you should do, or at least try to do, something against this. E.G by making the game, within RuneScript, unavailible for any other programms like bots.
Someone else mentioned it before, set up a dwarfcannon at the runesshop in Varrock, and start banning the bots. Too many bots, and, I believe you try to do something against them, but for us players we see no difference tbh.
