Utter Hatred have you read this thread? There is a ratio of 1:50 for players who like it and ones who don't. Obviously, the number of players that dislike all these microtransactions vastly outnumber the ones who like them. Also, business is appealing to the customer. Have you heard the saying "The customer is always right"? Going against your customers is a surefire way to lose money. It's like a restaurant using frozen foods for their dishes. It's a way to save money but ultimately will not please the customers and will end up making the restaurant lose customers and money.
