When will the full Islander outfit be in Shop? Is it day 1 or released one piece at a time over the course of the 2 months? To the people saying these cash grabbing opportunities are ruining the game. Remember when they added the fence and Taverly? Suddenly a members version? This is no different. These incentives give no game breaking bonuses to people, on top of that this particular one is free to members? It's incentive to be a member, just like all the other member only content.

There is a very small amount of people that actually comment when they are happy about something. As a result, complaints are much more abundant and "louder" than praise. As a result Jagex has to factor in the complacent players who don't vote one way or the other. From their perspective there is hundreds of thousands of active accounts online at all times(although the amount that are bots is a debatable issue).
However, there are maybe 10,000 complaints of any given update. This forces them to weigh the opinions of the unvoiced mass. If there are 100k players even if 10,000 complain, that's 10%. That means 90% either like it or are not unhappy enough to say something or fight against it. You can be mad all you want, but don't think they don't notice the complaints. They have to weigh what they think is best for the company. It's not always making every single person happy, because that's impossible. The internet makes that an even more difficult task, because everyone has an opinion on the internet.
