You'da thought that these items would be permanent for those who participated, with some huge exceptions.
The dart seems a bit overkill, even with a one use limitation. The other three could potentially be useful for long-term effects on the game, so long as the first two have an extended cooldown on its use. The portable deposit box could be the most effective, but as it is a one use only item, it is vastly overlooked by the "ocrap, I r dumb" item, the "lol big heal" item, and the "OHKO" button.
If the first two had longer cooldowns, and the dart wasn't... y'know... there to begin with and replaced with something on the level of the others, the fourth would be exceptional, and all of them could be used for long term parts of the game.
Please note, however, that I do not condone the use of the idiot resurrection in PKing areas, and its effects to be disabled regardless of what dangerous PVP you are in.
Game breaking items like the dart makes all the other 3 items seem like crap, and shadows them immensely when there is vast potential to have the items not have a limited time frame for their use.
