Q: Will the insta-kill dart be able to defeat quest bosses?

Q: Will the insta-kill dart have a cap on its power?
(For example, Nex is at < or = 25% of her hit points, player uses insta-kill dart, she dies/changes form; but if Nex is at > 25% of her hit points, the insta-kill dart has no effect.)

Q: Will the XP received from the Promissory Note have a cap on the level of the skill you can use it on? Or will the Promissory Note grant 350,000 XP for any skill, and 700,000 XP also for any skill?
(For example, certain quest experience lamps can be used on any skill above level 50, but SoF experience lamps can be used on their assigned skill of any level.)

Q: Are these Promissory Notes taking the place of Double XP weekends? If so, are you planning on selling instant experience to players in the future?
(I for one am against the sale of experience, but am also curious if you as JaGeX plan on doing so in the future.)

Q: Could you possibly give players the option to use the Promissory Notes as "boosted training experience" rather than "instant experience"?
( For example, some players may choose to use the Note as "instant experience" while some players may not enjoy receiving 1.05 million experience upon a click of a button at the end of two months just for paying for membership, and would rather train their skill using "boosted training experience." )
