I don't even know why people care that they're "selling exp/items/blahblah".
It's not like this automatically renders all of the other content instantly boring and unfun.
Also, why does everyone automatically assume this is a weapon?
Plenty of people threatening to quit and bitching over everything when they don't even know what the firetruck they are talking about.

My membership is ending in around 10 days, and I hate this. Where is all of the hard work from the older customers? Jagex, you must stop this; you are putting too many exp rewards from membership. This is only going to help bots and it is just an insult to people who dont want to pay for it.

Uhh? why are they giving us 700k free experience? That is just ridiculous. REAL players EARN their experience, not spend 15 dollars for 2 months of membership and get free 700k experience. Since that isn't going to change, it better not be an experience lamp that just gives you 350k experience each. They better at least make it to where its a bonus 1.5x experience and you actually have to train the skill to get the bonus experience.
I don't mind item give-a-ways much, but Jagex keeps cheapening experience training via Squeal of fortune exp lamps, and all these bonus experience item handouts. They continue to sell-out. But i guess you don't exactly have to use the item :P

Even though I really need to become a member again for a month so I can finally take off this armor and such... I won't be doing for a few more months I guess (or ever).
Getting experience via the little lamps genies used to give out, or Tears of Guthix, those things didn't bother me.
But for me to get a very large portion of experience like this? For being a member? It cheapens the game to me. 700k exp? You know how long that would take me to get in slayer back when I was a member? A month...
I can't believe I am hearing that this exp lamp stuff has happened before... It NEVER happened when I was a member. All members got when I was one was a larger area to explore and train in, more quests, more skills, more items, and more bank space... We still had to EARN everything.
If I was still a member, I would have quit after hearing this. How long until you just have players buying experience? Oh wait, with this update, as well as buying spins on SoF, you already have players doing that...
Great way to tick off everyone who EARNED their skills...
EDIT: And thank you for removing F2P from high scores way back... I love that all the experience I earned cannot be looked up by players to prove that I worked hard on this account.

My thanks goes out to jagex, cheers! to a new begginning, the exp is fantastic i must say i really could use it :p the spins are nice though i never have any luck :( but it doesnt hurt to have more (: well thats it laters jagex !

By the way guys, stop complaining, it's not very easy running 139 worlds, most cost a fortune.
Besides, this won't even effect your in-game if your member, you just get bonuses.
