I'm surprised people aren't raging over Jagex giving away buyable experience.
I would rather earn it, but I'm benefiting as much as everyone else, so I have no problem with it.
Lvl 73 is 992,895. Does this mean that someone with level 1 can go to lvl 73 instantly?
At least a sizable chunk of your free players will become members.

This is Jagex's marketing team getting ready to keep the high population totals in check. We all know RS's membership subscriptions always drop once August ends and schools reopen for fall.
I expected there to be some incentives, but allowing players to chose "Powerful" items really makes it worth whiled.

Not a bad update, but please fix the fact that I was logged into forums, went to the home page to quickly read the update, then came here and I was already logged out. Like in 10 minutes I'm logged right off forums. Probably less than 10 minutes, closer to 5.

Question: I normally just buy one month at the time, will that be okay for this update? as long as i just upgrade my member on the same day as it runs out? or will a few hours of not being member be enough for me not getting the bonuses?
I have never really looked into the whole member thing a lot, just bought one month at the time, maybe it's possible to buy a new month before the old one have ran out idk.... please give me some respond on this so I know how I can get that nice stuff :D .

yay, awesome. Yet another way from Jagex to try and get members. I mean, free xp (okay wth u just become a member and just get some free xp??. make people work for their xp please. and besidesthat we get more stupid cosmetics and apperently something more powerful then any1 has ever seen... i love this game but my respect for the people creating updates and ideas like this is going down the drain faster then ever lately.
