it's borderline to not give f2p vets capes but giving members 1m xp and all those spins is just plain torture, I think jagex has forgotten about those who can't afford membership...

I don't know if this is good or bad. I am a member for quite a bit of time now, so I should get these items, but I don't have to work for the items? It kind of feels unfair for the players who can not afford membership during this time.
