It says that if you didnt recieve your twitch prime loot to go to Diango, which I did, and he doesnt have a claim option in the dialogue, but to start, why doesnt my original level 101 account connect to osrs mobile? I had to start on tutorial island.

OS is a new game, everyone has to start from scratch.

Check your wardrobe interface on RS3 for the cosmetics. Not too sure where the chests would be, should have gone to your invo.

I really really dislike how RS is giving a lot of it's news now through things like Twitch, Reddit and other places. The first place for news should be this website. I started in 2002 and this is really starting to get on my nerves. I have an Amazon prime account so i could easily get this bundle but cba as i do not support at all the way you guys are trying to entice us to other websites when we already pay to play and the game has been built on the back of players like me who have been here for years supporting this website.

can't even get twitch prime! it will not do it. it connects to my amazon account but wont let me do twitch prime on my twitch account!!!! Keeps saying "Oh no! We can’t enable Twitch Prime on your account."

have followed all instructions and still nothing.

So I got the keys and the chest, I've been looking around trying to find the armor and weapon stuffs.

RS site says press f2 and type in the search box "umbral"
when I press f2 there is no search box.
diango doesn't have any of the stuff either.
currently leveling construction to try and get costume room unlocked, but all the furniture there only stores sets from what I read....

Ok, I just want to have some clarification on a few points:

1) I currently have gold premier membership, which will run to somewhere of the end of this year. So there shouldn't be any issues with my current subscription if I would get this package? I would just get a free month membership after the premier has finished?

It kind of annoys me it's rarely specified how these promo-events are compatible with premier membership, which is a long-term subscription and not something you want to mess up with some temporary promo-deal membership.

2) I have a Twitch account and an RS account, which should be linked with each other. Now I have little interest in buying Twitch Premium, but if I do the 30-day free trial, I can still claim the RS goodies without any hassle or spending additional money? I really don't want to end up with some kind of accidental subscription I'm not realizing I have that is wasting my money.
