So a question I have been trying since the announcement to link accounts Twitch is showing the account linked but the issue seems to be at Runescapes end the confirmation box is constantly trying but not getting past that stage.

I have unlinked on the Twitch account several times and reconnected each time it will not confirm on the Runescape site. Have checked all the usual locations in game and can confirm I haven't received anything in relation to the offer.

If this continues and I am unable to successfully link accounts what is the plan so people like myself do not miss out on the offer through no fault of our own??

Jagex are LIARS.
I would have had no problem if they actually specified saying "It's free for people who have access to credit cards and live in the right countries" instead of saying "It's totally free and easy if you play Runescape".

Of course you need to play rs to claim these, i mean it is a rs based promo...

Also, just because you choose not to have a cc doesnt mean anything.

so like how exactly do you activate your free membership? i use have some information pop up once i logged and and hadn't clicked the littile box to dismiss it and it doesnt show up anymore and any other links in game to getting members ask's me to pay up them DOLLAR BILLS. so what is the alternative to getting this so called "free membership"

I claimed the offer on my twitch and upgraded to prime. I waited 8 hours and still have not received anything. I have confirmed I am a prime member and the offer is now gone and, I am unable to find it unless I log out of twitch.

Little annoyed but I will be patient. I hope they can get it fixed soon. I am really excited to have my rewards!

ok, so I linked my twitch account, I have prime, I claimed on the twitch site, it has been over 24 hours and still no rewards....

i just unlinked and relinked my account, if still nothing im gunna be p@#!ed
