Looks like you have an active subscription. Try logging in again, and check your bank for the chests, and your wardrobe/pet interface for the other items.

can somebody help me I have still not received the twitch prime stuff or membership yet. I have tried re-linking my accounts twice now and still nothing. can somebody point me in the right direction please.

This is unfair! Every runescape player was supposed to be able to claim the rewards! Here i cannot get it because:
1. I don't have a credit card.
2. I don't live in the right country.

"This limited-time offer can be redeemed by all RuneScape players"
Jagex are LIARS.
I would have had no problem if they actually specified saying "It's free for people who have access to credit cards and live in the right countries" instead of saying "It's totally free and easy if you play Runescape".
