As mentioned before by Trewavas, did you claim your loot on twitch?
After subscribing to Twitch Prime, you have to physically claim your loot on Twitch.
If you didn't do this, nothing will happen on your account.

first screen says "Oops!

clicked linked and got "Oh no! Unable to claim. Another linked Twitch account may have already claimed this content. Click here to learn more"

I have unlinked and linked
I have tried different browsers.

this is the same issues why I stopped watching lootscape. only got loot creates half the time!!

i'm having the same issue.. i tried a different browser, re-linking my twitch account, nothing works. i got the free membership, but it didn't give me any items and told me to visit the makeover mage to get something. i visited him and nothing there either

If you're on RS3, the items are in your Cosmetics and Pet interfaces. You might want to check with Diango if you didn't get the chests.

If you're playing OSRS, there are no items. Instead, you can unlock a purple skin cosmetic from the Makeover Mage.

Only if you had a new Twitch Prime account/a different RS account. However, the promo lasted until today (6th), so you're probably out of time I'm afraid.
