hello mod scorpio, sorry to bother but I am only trying to contact a mod due to the fact I am trying to change my password and the method given is not working. each time I try and get it to send a link to my email to reset the password it never seems to send to my email. and yes I have tried checked my spam mail, still nothing..

You should have a read of the following page: Changing your Password (click me) , for more information on changing your password. It may be that you are not receiving JaGex emails, so you might find the Not receiving emails (click me) page helpful.

I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post this...

I paid for the Premiere Gold membership. I've gotten 2 shots at the portal in GE to do the chests, I have the Hellion outfit... so I know I'm an active premiere member.

For the past few days I've only been getting 2 keys for treasure hunter.

If this isn't the spot to bring this up, where do I go?
