Hi, I just managed to log back into Runescape. Previously got one month membership after several years of not playing. I couldn't log in towards the last couple of weeks as technical error. I'm trying to buy a year membership atm and it said I'm not elgible for the Premier Gold club 12 months membership thing. why is that and can I still get it at all? please reply asap. Runescape without membership is so much longer to level up. Thanks

Premier membership packages (including Gold Premier membership) are no longer on sale. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until later in the year - it usually becomes available in November or early December. You can still buy regular membership packages though. :)

Unfortunately not - the deadline has expired, and if JaGex make an exception to you, they have to do it for everyone.

Whilst you may have had technical errors in game and/or loading it, this didn't stop you from buying a Premier membership package - though I appreciate you may not have wanted to, due to being unable to access the game. JaGex will make exceptions when the wrong membership package is purchased, or when the technical error is on their end. An example of this would be the option to pay through bonds being removed a day early (which did happen).

For this reason, if you did have an issue with your payment going through, you could try contacting payment support.

I am so sorry I missed that. I appear to have wasted your time, for that hassss to be the issue. Thank you sooo much though. I appreciate you soooooooooo much. I was really wondering if I was even going to continue playing after that tbh. A lot of hard work would have gone down the drain. Again, Thank you! <3
