4th of feb is now, and it shoud be like 23 more hours for offer to be canceled? why I cant upgrade to premium atm, do I need all bonds to have already on me? is that why i dont see that option when i click on bonds :S

I just bought 20 bonds and when I go to get my premier 12 months its not there anymore. I did this at 6:30 p.m. Feb 3rd!!!! and not its not there to redeem . I just spent 335m to get it and now I have to spend another 34m to resell. I spent my whole back I don't got 34m! someone help!

I have just purchased 5 bonds in-game to upgrade from my existing bronze membership to silver membership and the option is no longer available in game :(
What is the deal ... i thought Jagex said it would be available until 23:59 UTC on 4 February 2018 ... this really is not fair !! :(
