Hello jagex, im an old plauer lookimg to come back to the game and willing to buy the premier membership at another even higher price, I've been waiting to purchase a decent laptop before I get membership again, I was wondering if the premier club would still be available to purchase after the fact through contact with you. I'm probably going to purchase it this week. Just wondering what I can do, I really loved this game as a teen and really want to get back into it paying for the best membership I can get! I love this game and cant wait to complete more milestones on my account!

I bought Vip membership recieved the 150k loyalty points and vip cosmetic badge, havent recived hellion( not in aurabag/inv/bank/xuan) Can this be looked into? have already sended a ticket/reported it ingame as bug.. thanks

Hello,

I have requested for Premier Club Gold membership package on Feb 03rd of 2018 via Boacompra, as the request was only approved earlier today I did not receive any of the benefits but the 12 months of membership. I am pretty sure that I did request for the Gold package benefits and I have an email from Boacompra.com confirming it.
I contacted their support and they say that my request have been received by Jagex, but I still do not have any benefits from the premier club.

It's the first time I have problems with payment in this game, so I'd like an answer.

You need to contact Billing Support about a Supscription Issue (click me) . You need to select the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the link provided.

I believe JaGex are aware of the problem facing players trying to upgrade through bonds. There's some information about it here: Premier Club 2018 . Alternatively, you could try paying through real world currency through the subscribe link at the top of the page.

Premier Club typically comes off sale early in the following year, but we’ll announce the exact date nearer the time. Our advice is to join Premier Club as soon as possible, so you can start enjoying the benefits right away!"

this is really upsetting because i really want to come back to the game, but i was waiting for the $$$ to buy the gold premier club. i finally have the required funding but the sale ended 5 days ago. is there any way to get it now that the sale is over?
