Asked in clan chat and someone else is getting the same. Is this something on Jagex's side or PayPal side. Will try again tomorrow. probably shouldn't have left it to the last couple of days lol.

If there's still time, I'd definitely contact payment support to see if its an issue at their end. If the payment dosen't authorise, contact Paypal.

Premier Membership seems to have gone away early???

I just finally earned all the bonds for my premier gold,
but now when I go to redeem them, it's gone!!

This isn't supposed to be gone for another day!!

im having the same issue with using bonds, it appears to have disappeared early, i just earned the bonds to purchase premier but theres no option to buy it i would contact billing support

Good Day. According to the game we are able to afford for the Premier Club till 23;59 UTC ON FEBRUARY 4. As far as I'm aware it's only about 1-2 PM there. I recently bought bonds in order to redeem at least for the Silver Premier, but imagine my surprise when I failed to find the redeem window.

I did checked, and it seemed you're willing to help us, which is a positive note at least. Please include my name in the list of the unfortunate victims. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Good day. I've read their post that we have to contact them on CONTACT US, highlighting the amount that we have, after 'redeeming' certain amount of bonds appropriate for the membership package. Your post was a few hours earlier than mine, I just wonder if they've done something about the issue in your end already.
