I think the only tip that everyone realistically needs is, get plenty of sleep, stock up on coffee/caffeine, make sure your internet is good, make sure your computer/laptop isn't liable to crash constantly and if you have work - call in sick.

By your lack of membership icon/avatar, I'd assume you're F2P which means F2P only get 20% extra xp

Is bonus xp ignored during the double xp period or does it get used first? When does double xp actually end. Thank you.

To followup on this. It looks like the bonus xp is being used first. With 30 to 50k of bonus xp on a large number of skills, I will never get to the double xp weekend. It would have been better if the bonus xp was not used during the weekend. IMHO.
