Members get double, yes. Non-members are supposed to be getting a 20% boost, but I'm not seeing anything yet.

Edit: getting my 20% boost now. Log-in welcome page had posted dxp was live an hour before it actually was, apparently.

Top tip would be to not tell community that f2p won't be able to use BXP on what is described as BXP weekend. Oh don't worry that people planned on using BXP or anything just drop it on them like a seagulls leavings. Unexpected and unwanted.
Are the community managers psychopaths with no human empathy? Probably. It's either that or they doing this for pure schadenfreude.

Previous bo xp weekends our stored bo xp would be used up. This time around, without notification, that aspect of the weekend was not activated for f2p.

Is this a bug, or has this been a clear decision?

In the latter case, since ive invested a lot of resources to use the stacked bonus xp, it would have been helpful to have known this prior to the weekend.

It doesn't make any sense because people actually buy bonds to get bxp bonuses for f2p. This isn't going to encourage those devilish f2pers to go P2P if this is marketing then as a decision it rates about as highly as Napoleon going into Russia. Not fabulous.

It was basically one of the only things getting f2p people trading bonds and these are people that aren't ever going to buy them so what the hell is going on here.
