I'm curious, how picky is Steam with Mac-users downloading PC games? I have Steam but haven't tried to grab any non-Mac products. I currently have Chronicle working just fine on my Mac, so I'm wondering if I'll be able to play with RS Idle Adventures on my preferred computer as well (with Wine, of course). :) I do have Windows via BootCamp, but I find it terribly restrictive. :P

I'm really looking forward to seeing RS from the view of someone other than the World Guardian. ;) I miss my noob random adventurer days; helping townsfolk without being expected to. :D

Intriguing. Never played an "idle" game before, unless you count Adventure Quest and Neopets, but I haven't touched either of those in at least five years (more for Neopets).
Here, I'll give you this strawberry if you keep it a secret!

From what I understand, this is going to be separate from your RuneScape account, and while anyone can get a phishing e-mail from anyone or anything at anytime, Jagex e-mails are pretty obvious and secure, and they won't ask for any security information, but they'll probably direct you to do things with Steam (which is secure) since it will require a Steam account.

Furthermore, it is very unlikely that you will get a phishing e-mail for this promotion specifically because that would require Jagex, Steam, or any partners/affiliates to provide a phisher with your information in order to compromise your account in relation with this promotion, and since that's a rather convoluted conspiracy, it's very doubtful.

Additionally, in the case that you do receive a phishing scam in connection to this promotion (only Jagex and affiliates know your information and that you're involved), so long as you have the RuneScape Authenticator, a secure pass-word and Bank PIN, your RuneScape account should be secure.
