The thing is though, this website isn't one of Jagex's.
That doesn't matter, jagex links to it, meaning it's a trusted jagex source that they have used for years now. All the info goes directly to jagex.

Google and Yahoo link you to millions of sites too. Does it mean it is safe to enter my Google and Yahoo account information on the sites they linked to? Obviously not. They are separate companies. It is always not wise to use the same personal information on different sites.
