How does snother online game do on April Fools have nothing to do with this acquisition whatsoever.

Yes I have mentioned the regulations, but again in different context. You would do well to remember that.

D4, I have explained in sufficient detail how WoT is relevant to this thread. If this is still puzzling, let me know what it is you are still confused about.

Dilbert, if you don't think there will be any regulations that further questions why you would even bring tem up? You actively brought up some negative connotations without being prompted and even you don't believe that they will play part. Why?

English words can have more than one meaning, while you have found one meaning that was the incorrect one. Try again.

My post was relating to the topic as some users had suggested that this acquisition was an elaborate ruse for April fools day.

Haha ok, WoT was used as an example as what some online games do to celebrate the day.
It was to help show people that companies do not do things like create rumours of an acquisition this large and with this much detail just for April fools.

Ignoring anything regarding April Fools as I mentioned, since it is April 2 already.

Regarding the Chinese regulation, I started it off as a tongue-in-cheek April Fools comment just like other people (e.g. banning of Santa Claus and Easter Bunny). It went all well with them only until you joined in and asked me what I meant exactly, so I gave the answer which was also consistent with my replies to such regulation doubts other commenters have on the Chinese government. If you did not expect an answer from me, WHY ASKED THE QUESTION? Did you forget what you asked on Page 146 so quick already:

"Dilbert it seems as if your saying that China will bring its censorship to the rest of the world through the game. Is this how you feel?"


And I see ABSOLUTELY NO NEGATIVES to Chinese regulations, NO CENSORSHIP except to lawbreakers and anti-government activists in disguises. What's your problem?

My problem is the same as airport security when someone says "bomb" as a joke.

That's nonsense. Even it was a joke, it would only be "negative" to Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny since they would be the ones who might have to worry about getting banned. It doesn't concern you at all, unless you are trying to tell us Santa and the Easter Bunny are your relatives.

And don't try to pick a bone out of a specific egg. If "this is not the place" for whatever you referred to, look into other's people's April Fools comments INCLUDING your very own sharing of your obsession with a non-Jagex game in a Jagex forum.

Your post is fear mongering. Simply because its not relevant to this thread, yes it talks about April fools day, but not with any reference to the topic. It may cause panic with some people do to the negative connotation that I referred to earlier.
