The second NXT closed beta weekend kicks off today at 12:00 UTC, ending on 21st March at 12:00 UTC.


Give yourself a head start right now by pre-downloading the client from the download page . Note that you’ll need to log in with an account eligible to access the beta.


You can check your eligibility against the following criteria:



  • Gold Premier Club members

  • Anyone who's had consecutive membership since 1st January 2014 , with a break of no greater than 14 days

  • Anyone whose account was created before 1st March 2006 and had membership on that account at any point between 00:00 UTC on 1st January 2016 and 23:59 UTC on 17th March 2016

  • Holders of the Gamebreaker title


It’s time for even more of you to get “hands on” with this fantastic new client. We’d love it if you could drill down and really root out those bugs. You can do this by filing a bug report by using the in-game chat or visiting the testers' forum section for NXT.

Can't the creation date be changed to before 17th march 2006 to match the membership cut-off?

Would make the difference of being able to enter or not for me :(
(got my veteran cape on march 10th)

Otherwise I'm just gonna hope it will be released for everyone soon.

I'm almost 100% positive that I'm eligible for the NXT Closed Beta. Around 2015 I got my Loyalty Crown II so I do have over 2 years of consecutive membership and I haven't cancelled it in the meantime. Still says I'm not eligible for it when logging in though :(

For anyone that can't download the client:


1: Go to the download page
2: Press log out in the top left corner
3: Instead of clicking go to the homepage when prompted, press back on the brower
4: Press log in in the top right corner
5: Enter details

So I downloaded and it updated driver x and something else....so when I launch the client I only have an ad show up and a white rectangle offset in the upper left corner and the bottom usual text. Sound will play but wont load all the way?

So I downloaded and it updated driver x and something else....so when I launch the client I only have an ad show up and a white rectangle offset in the upper left corner and the bottom usual text. Sound will play but wont load all the way?
