I can download the client fine, however I cant contribute because I cannot access the NXT forum on this account. Or the account that has NXT access.

Interesting, but hopefully you understand that many people are excited for the beta test, and only quickly read and understood March 18th, which it is. Everything downloads and installs properly, so as opposed to just saying that our account doesn't have access, the message should "pop up" that it is still closed. Jagex would avoid all of this confusion.
