Got this problem as well. I am sure that I didn't run/install the client as an admin (or if I did I don't know how to run is normally :p ) It happens when I run the client via the RS website. If I try to run the client using the shortcut it gives some weird error and shuts down :( Please how to fix this??

Dont try to get us disable JAG because with the phone app,anyone can guess a series of 6 number if they got the right hacking stuff,but JAG need to be done with both your rs pass and email pass ,even with that you need to know the answer,if you put more work on it, unless of getting it dead we can all change our answer to stuff completely out of the question it is asked. Like:What is your favorite color. And if your answer was RED,you can change it for something not related to the question like (stupid hacker wont hack my account);.Please jagex dont make us disable something that make our account even more secure, this is(im sorry in advance) extremely stupid,if you take out JAG its something less hacker have to worried.I hope you wont make us disable it when NXT will be officially launched,I wont play the beta unless you let us keep JAG.everyone should be able to activate BOTH authenticator and JAG.
BTW sorry if my english is bad <3

hi there everyone I got a message to do the next testing of beta - downloaded it and it said it was all good but sadly when I tried logging in it came up with a message access denied :(
does anyone knows what this means ?
and can I fix ?
this is the 2nd time I have been invited to try this and sadly by the looks of it will be the 2nd time I can not trial it :( :( hey everyone not sure if this is correct place i have been away from game and signed into the game today went to ge and cant get my items from there why???? has the ge closed and how do i get my belongins :|
