Player A buys 1000 bonds and sells them to player B.
Player A now has 7bil, or W.e the value is.
Player C did not purchase any bonds to sell.
Player A now has an ingame advantage over Player C due to Irl wealth.

"Jagex are not selling gold and have no intention of doing so. The introduction of bonds does not result in any extra gold being introduced into the economy which is not already present in the game."

I don't think someone would be spending 5000 on a game..
You've obviously not spent much time on some heavier pay to win games. I know plenty of people, myself included which have spent well over the equivalent of 15k $ on a game
