All the rageposters don't realize that the
sole reason
for all the DDoS'ing is because all the goldfarmers and goldsellers that Jagex put out of business with Bonds are just throwing childish temper tantrums and will not stop as long as their money flow is defunct.
Yes, Jagex needs to actually invest in upgrades instead of devoting everything possible into pure profit for IVP's coffers, but to some extent, this is the price of taking action to protect their game. I will not mourn the goldfarmers, even if lag is the price we pay for a while.
What does that have to do with the fact we're mad about losing OUR items that we WORKED for? Obviously you're aren't putting much thought into what you're posting. Of course the businesses who make RL money from farming gold are mad about the bonds and what not, but the players who have lost items due to this lag shouldn't have to reap the consequences.
And I just love how everyone on this thread is DEFENDING Jagex. Initially, Jagex denied the fact that anything was happening with the servers, I experienced that first-hand. I was denied a refund for items that I lost b/c there wasn't enough "evidence" even though other players were reporting the same damn thing. But a week or two later, they make a thread talking about the disconnections? Just wow.
Jagex says they're doing "everything" they can, but obviously they aren't. For Christ Sake, I pay damn good money on this game only for it to be blown into a void of nothingness.
Quit kissing ass to Jagex.
