I agree that refundation for death is not an option. I'm talking about unaccessable content of the game as main point of Jagex existence is providing service and by service i mean playable game. Ofc if it is 1 time occurence it should be pardoned but if problem is common case Jagex is breaking their part of agreement. Also as a customer You have right to just cancel subscription and express how annoyed you are. On the other hand i wonder if Jagex will refund me cash for unused time of membership if i decide to quit.

You're missing the point. Jagex is in no way liable for these misfortunes. Sure, it's their responsibility to counteract the DDoS attacks. It is not their problem if you lose gear/money. That responsibility lies with you: the player. Don't do risky things during these times. I'm sure that Jagex will "compensate" us in some form, like a fun event or 10 extra spins. Regardless of the situation, they are for us and want us to be a happy community.
Some play for the grind, while others play for the thrill. Why do I play RuneScape? Before you ask yourself that, think about why people of this community continue to be so loyal.

Some misfortunes like DDoS could be foreseen. It is totaly Jagex fault for not making countemeasures. When building is on fire and ppl get lost and die cause there was no well seen emergency exits it is fault of building owner.

I would hope you could get this sorted out. I've tried having faith today, taking breaks, and going back to the worlds. But i've lost multiple duels and PK (both to me dying, or not being able to pick up my kill) due to the lag. In retrospect, it's my fault because I went to these worlds while it's going on.

But I've been funding your game off and on for 13 years now, and its pretty sad that you guys can't handle a 13 year old script kiddie using a ddos program he found using the front page of google. It's very disappointing and if it continues, my friends nor I will be playing anymore.

Again, you're missing the point. Jagex is well aware of the threat of DDoS, and they've been trying to counteract it as best they can. Read the actual post: I'm sure that would help you understand. They clearly say that they are aware and have been of the constant threat of DDoS attacks. Unfortunately, AS THEY SAID, it is difficult to defend against them efficiently. Therefore: Give them a break. They're doing what they can with the funds they have available to them. I don't think you fully grasp the situation they have to deal with.
