Oh so now you decide to acknowledge the fact that your servers have been having issues lately? If I recall, I was denied a refund due to the fact that your "team" couldn't find evidence to support my claims that YOUR servers were having connection issues. They couldn't find "more evidence" even though I was told that several other reports of the same matter were made in the same time period as mine.
I had lost 12mil worth of items due to a server disruption and I was denied my refund. Excuse my language when I say this, but your support team is ****.
