I'm not sure what you're saying, but in the terms and conditions it is stated that items and gold and 'your' account itself remain the property of Jagex. You can't sue them for losses when it is their own property.

But in all seriousness, by adding those items no laws were broken. I see no copyright on them and it sounds more like you suggested it and wanted credit. The credit they give is implimenting it into the game.
