Honestly, I don't think you were an effective CEO, the choices you made were what caused this game to crash hard...I can see your vision, but the poor implementation was your downfall.

2009-2012 was great, you implemented so many good things for the game and made great choices...although the vision of new and better things clearly clouded your judgement and caused this mess we see today.

It's definitely time for a new CEO, and hopefully the right choices are made. I will say thank you for 2009-2012, but as of lately you've proven you're not the right CEO for Jagex.

Goodbye, and good luck with everything. I don't see you as a bad person, but the CEO position does not suit you well.

When I first joined this was a huge problem for the business which I understand had plagued the game and community for many years. Today the game is virtually bot free and with the introduction of Bonds, gold farming too has become almost inexistent.

It is a shame that the fantastic result of eliminating bots was undermined by the selling of gold though bonds.

Perhaps bonds will be removed from the game in the future in order to restore integrity to the game.
