for a link to the page in the Support Centre that will help you. You can get in touch with Jagex, who will then be able to disable JAG on your account.
Before you send Jagex a message, I suggest enabling the Authenticator. The JMods can see this, and it will be easier for Jagex to disable JAG for you if they know that your account is already secured by the Authenticator.
Yesterday I had to reenter in my Authenticator Code after only around 2 weeks, despite clicking the 30 days check box, but that doesn't bother me too much. Yet I come online today and it asks me to enter it again...I don't mind 2 weeks instead of 30 days, but I sure hope it's not going to start asking me daily.
thank you for the guidance, i was able to send them an email. however i must admit im a bit nervous. i really hope they can help me out. i gave all the info i cld remember.. the finance stuff is what has me concerned. some of that stuff i cant remember nor have access too. im just worried they'll think im lying and that im not the rightful owner and ill never be able to play again.
Kellz - the Authenticator is probably detecting system updates, IP changes, or something of that sort. Lots of people have posted on the forums about this. It's not just you - Jagex wants to be 100% sure that the person logging into your account is actually you.
boltz_37 - Keep an eye on your message centre; a JMod will reply to you. If they need more information, they'll let you know.
I did everything and I keep entering the code correctly WITHIN the appropriate time but it keeps telling me the code is wrong, which it's clearly not. There is a problem with the authenticator that makes it think my code is wrong. I need help ASAP.
Gamestop Forever!
The only thing I don't like, which may or may not be a big deal. I opened the app (Google Authenticator) on my iPhone, and got the 6-digit number. I then waited for 3 more codes to pass by, and then typed in the first code I was given. To my surprise, it accepted the first code.
One of the best security updates, in my personal opinion. Means your account is much more secure and allows you to specifically get on computers without going to your email to confirm it, and go through that process. Love this new security enhancement and can't wait for the game to continue to evolve and get better both in game and in account security.

Make sure the time is correctly set on your secondary device. You could also try disabling and re-enabling Authenticator by email.
