I really enjoy using Jagex Authenticator. It's safe and easy to use. It only takes a couple of seconds to get a code after all. I have the feeling that my account is safe and i'm not scared on the fact that others may log onto my acount. With Jag and the Authenticator protecting my account I think it's impossible to gain access on my account. To conclude I wish to thank Jagex for coming up with this idea and I encourage all of you to use it.

i was against the authenticator at first but it's not so bad for me. my problem is that when give the code & check the box for 30 days, i'm having to give a new code after only 2 weeks (that means i've given 4 codes in 2 months time). i'd possibly understand this if i only logged once a week but i play everyday. so why is happening?

This is the stupidest and crappiest idea of all time, why would you, jagex, do such a crappy update that makes it more complicated and what about those who don't have smartphone.

Everything you do makes this game more and more full of ****.

I tried to authenticate my account so many times I requested I had to disable my authenticator it was winauth on my pc.
"Sorry, the code you entered was incorrect. Please try again.

If you are sure you entered the correct code, please check the clock on your phone is set to the correct time."

Plus you want to get rid of the other protection? What should I do?

The authenticator wasn't accepting any of my codes after i set it up with the app so i disabled it. now its still asking me for a code on log in and cant play at all. any help guys?

I have upgraded WinAuth to the 3.1.6. I had a problem logging in with saying I had an incorrect time on my phone. It worked fine one day and now today I see a mark on the authenticator icon on the client saying its disabled. I use my pc. I just got a phone that could use that scan feature. What is that called it's not a barcode its something else can someone else tell me asap please.

Secure the account as-well as your first account. You can have more than 1 security process keeping both of your account's Secure.

Dear Mod William ,

I have been a proud supporter of RS since around 2004.

Due to not owning a smartphone or android device I do not have access to GREAT new feature. I've always wanted my account to be more secure since I have been around for so long, and know the extreme consequences of getting an account hacked

. PLEASE MAKE AN UPDATE FOR PC USERS IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
