Well.. Anyone feel like coming here to help me authenticate my account??

Cuz I sure as hell can't do it. And there's no information anywhere, that I can find, that will help me authenticate this account without a phone.

Do not remove JAG. Leave JAG alone.. Let the authenticator be another level of security for those who HAVE a phone.

If it seriously clashes with JAG.. That's a complete mess. and I can't believe you'd make it this way.

1. What's wrong with the JAG in the first place?
2. What about the people that don't have smartphones/devices that can download/utilize the necessary apps for this?
3. Why even get rid of the JAG? It seems like both systems could coexist fairly easily.

I feel like this should have been a poll of some kind, as it's a pretty big thing to be forcing upon a community. If it was, I apologize, I must have missed it.

I am very displeased with this. I don't have a phone, I don't have a second computer. Woopie! I hope an alternative option is at least given, because what I see now angers me.

it it not named "RuneScape Authenticator"?

it depends on your device operating system. android is "google authenticator", for example. did you try the setup instructions on the site (scanning qr code, etc.)?

oh I thought it was actually for RuneScape lmao. Thanks so much. I've found the Google Authenticator :D
