In Search of the Devil
<<To team up, simply use your enchanted gem or slayer ring on the player you wish to invite, or use the gem or ring's new 'co-op' right-click option and enter their name when prompted. As long as neither of you are on an active slayer task, or if you're on the same slayer task, you'll invite them to join your group. Note that you must be on the same world to team up.>>
So, when you and a friend are done with your current (pre-update) assignments, you agree to work together by using the new co-op function. Then it's off to your respective slayer masters (more than one?) who will give each of you a (different?) task (or the same task because you are linked?). This only works if you can both hunt the same creature. And, as mentioned, what about blocked tasks - are they considered in selecting a mutually acceptable task?
OR, if you find yourself in the same dungeon, you can pair up with a stranger who happens to have the same assignment as you. Maybe they are 1/2 the way through their assignment. And when *they* finish, they cannot pair up with anyone else because you are still completing *your* assignment. Maybe they log off and go on vacation for a week without completing their assignment. You are still locked in.
In short, describe in the clearest possible way, how this new improvement works.
Pretend you are explaining it to your goldfish.
And yes, there should be a refresh of the basic slayer rewards along with an expansion of the co-op shop. Two pets and a poaching on the Lunar Spells is weak sauce.
