Is this like the trader that calls you with good news that your portfolio has "beaten the market by 10%" only for you to go home and realize that the market has actually tanked 20% leaving you in real terms 10% out of pocket!?

Also wondering where the percent of male/female comes from (apologies if it was addressed in a reply). My account is from 2004 and I honestly can't remember if there was a box for that. My character has always been male but IRL I am physically female.

So over 200 million accounts have been created. Is that 1% of those 200 million accounts? That means 2 million players have over 1 billion geepeee. Considering there are only about 500k Active players atm it would seem that a majority of players have over 1 billion geepee.

ROFL Do you not understand what 1% means? It applies to the 500k active players as well. So in 1% of 500k is 5000... Definitely not a majority.

Gender is specified on account creation, and the location (roughly by continent and country, even with a dynamic IP city or neighborhood is possible) can be estimated by IP address. granted some people may lie about gender on account creation, but the margin of error is likely very small because the in-game avatar can be whatever gender a player chooses.
