I have been a player since 2005, 1 year as free and since 2006 as a member. Runescape helped me endure an extremely painful medical condition for many years. Eventually the game has become a part of my life.

I am very touched by two things this year. First is Bonds and an end of bots and gold farming. Second is the Well of Goodwill. Both content profoundly changed the game. First, eliminating a destructive element and allow players with little cash to pay for real world items such as membership through their hard work. Second, providing a way for us that have received so much from Runescape to make the real world a better place to live.

Great message, Mark. A few months ago I came back to RuneScape after retiring for a couple of years. It was a bit hard to get used to, but all the improvements to the game are absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work! I'm proud that a game I've grown up with is such a big deal.

You need to do more about lagging. It’s spoiling my playing.

Al Kharid is now a very bad place for lagging. I hate it when I need to go there. Taverley has been a bad place for lagging for a long time.

We all can’t buy brand new computers for playing RuneScape. I’m sure some players will get less lagging than I do.

Do other players get bad lagging? I would love to know.
