I don't want use my cracker cause I don't want to get 1000 xp in a randomly skill I'm skiller... Can i decide if will get the xp?

Its bonus xp, as in you don't gain 1k xp on the random skill given - it has to be trained to gain that bonus xp. Its random so you can't choose it.
