It sucks that you turn in all your daily challenges before you turn in the festive challenge. With limited playing time, I wanted to queue up and not turn in a few daily challenges so I could have one to turn in each day, even if I didn't have the time to actually complete one that day.

It does expire in a day, so should be one of the first taken.

You should do something extra special for the Clans next year. Like allow them to work together and decorate their citadel in time for Santa Clause to arrive! :) It would be fun and you would spend time with your clan mates, It think that would be an awesome idea for you all.

And those who do not have a clan can decorate their POH, or help the community decorate a special town, Varrock, Falador, etc.

I like the possibility of getting and pulling crackers. But I think that everyone should receive their black santa hat. Or maybe make more rares like it was with party hats, so everyone get their rare (wich would be valuable in few years). The thing that you give 200m-400m worth item to only few people is wrong and ruineschristmas for may players.

Suggestions for new rares:
-Make event rewards tradable - everyone can get one and it will be valuable in few years. It's christmas time, everyone should be happy.

i know it's a real shame that jagex do this. even then only a few people get this black santa hat i know they will be very happy but the other peoples will be mad. i think only 2 people has a black santa hat at the moment i think after 2 days... even so how less black santa hats there are in the games how higher the price will be for it. jagex should give everyone a black santa hat like the old days when they gave the party hats and the normal santa hats away everybody had one then and a few years later they were tradeable. now jagex only will disapoint the people who won't receive the black santa hat.

i hope jagex will learn from this and will give everyone a black santa hat.

also it's useless to give f2p people crackers if they can't use them.

next time think twice before u make an event jagex specially if u give rare items when it's tradeable.

Honestly there was nothing wrong with the old distribution method. I can understand everyone's frustration. Only the lucky few get the true reward we all want. The rest are stuck with useless rewards such as Mulled Wine. As if we can consume the alcohol and drink our woes about not getting a Black Santa Hat.
