And the app was working fine, but today when I opened it up to check my G.E. and the trade screens all just say "You need to add The Runescape Account Authenticator before you can collect items and abort transactions. JAG is not supported in the Companion and must be disabled to use this feature." I have no idea what the issue is because it allows me to log into the app with the 6 digit code for authenticator and I have JAG disabled. :(
P.S. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4.
I'm experiencing the same problems. At first when it didn't work, I tried disabling JAG, but it's still not working. I have a Galaxy S 3, so I thought maybe it's my device that's preventing me from buying, selling, collecting, and aborting offers on Grand Exchange. So I tried going on the browser on my PC to do the same thing, but it also didn't let me. Help please.

I can't access the ge checker because it says i need add the authenticator to my account. I have already done that and tried reinstalling the authenticator and the application but nothing happens?
I use a ipod touch 5th gen

I quite like this, it really helps to keep an eye on my G.E purchases while I am playing however, the notifications work but I cannot log into the app while still being logged into runescape which is the only downside to it.

This is quite a handy app though, I would recommend this to anyone :)
